For my record cover redesign of Kali Uchis’ Red Moon in Venus, I reinterpreted the album’s celestial and romantic themes by utilising the moon as a symbol of the pearl and a clam as a representation of divine femininity and mystery. Just as a pearl forms within a clam, symbolising transformation and beauty, my design reflects the emotional depth and sensuality of the album. Through this visual metaphor, I create a cover that feels both cosmic and intimate, capturing the album’s dreamy, ethereal essence.
